Tastyword.com ("Tastyword") is a simple online journal community. By using the tastyword.com web site, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use"). Tastyword.com reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of these Terms of Use at any time without further notice. YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT TASTYWORD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF TASTYWORD HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (ii) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE; (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (iv) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (v) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify and hold Tastyword.com, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees, harmless from any loss, damage, claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of your Content, your use of Tastyword.com, your connection to Tastyword.com, your violation of the Terms of Use, or your violation of any rights of another, whether you are a registered user or not. You are solely responsible for your actions when using Tastyword.com, including, but not limited to, costs incurred for Internet access.
All content on Tastyword.com, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, other files, and their selection and arrangement (the "Content"), are the proprietary property of Tastyword.com. By publishing Content on Tastyword.com, you grant Tastyword a world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publicly perform and publicly display the Content
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. The laws of the State of New York will govern the Terms of Use, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.
These Terms represent the entire understanding between you and Tastyword.com regarding your relationship to Tastyword and supersedes any prior statements or representations.
