Hmmm roommates told me at the beginning of the semester that I had 30 days to move out because I had sex while they were home.

I'm sorry but it's what people do. Welcome to the real world.

And for the year and a half that I have lived there I did that three times total while they were home.

.... In my room that I pay $800 a month for.

.....with the door shut....

....and with music playing.

I love it how they told me the weekend before school started when I work 30 hours a week and do school full time.

How the hell am I supposed to get a new place in 30 days?

They told me they have been planning on telling me this for a month prior.

.... That month was winter break.

That would have been much better time to break the news.

.....I hope that apartment burns down with them inside.
